When you arrive at Nusqool, you will be greeted with your first choice of the day.

Hands on Healing

Sometimes, our bodies hold onto signals of danger or injury long after the threat has passed. This hands-on practice helps identify sensory receptors that may be misfiring — sending outdated or exaggerated messages to the brain.
Using gentle muscle testing and manual techniques and intuitive sensing, calibration helps bring your system back into balance, leaving more space for safety, clarity and your truth to surface.

A gentle, hands-on energy practice that involves lightly touching 32 points on the head — each linked to different aspects of your life, like creativity, clarity, control, and receiving.
These points help discharge the mental clutter and emotional tension. As the system relaxes, many people report a sense of spaciousness, ease, and deep calm — like a nervous system reset for the mind and spirit.
Guided Movement

TRE helps release deep stress and tension through neurogenic tremors — gentle, involuntary shaking that starts when the body feels safe enough to let go.
You’ll be guided through simple exercises to activate this natural release. Outcomes often include better sleep, reduced anxiety, pelvic floor relaxation, and a greater sense of calm and clarity.
If you’re more experienced, we’ll work hands-on to help tremors reach new areas, bringing more awareness to patterns your system may be ready to shift.

You’ll learn a personalized sequence based on your physical, emotional, or spiritual needs — designed to clear stagnation, calm the nervous system, and strengthen your inner vitality.

Sometimes we just need a safe space to say things out loud, to hear our own truth reflected back, and to gently sort through the fog.
In these sessions, we explore what’s alive for you — what you want, what you already have, and what might be in the way. Whether you’re navigating uncertainty, making a transition, or feeling stuck in a familiar pattern, coaching helps surface clarity, reconnect you to your values, and invite forward motion with more self-trust.
Thu is a PCC-certified coach through the ICF with advanced training in Co-Active Coaching, the Neuroscience of Change, Coaching Relational Trauma, and the Trauma of Money. She has worked with hundreds of senior leaders, startup founders, and creatives — always meeting people at the intersection of insight, embodiment, and aligned action.

This is a spacious, integrative session where all of my tools — somatic awareness, coaching, nervous system regulation, energy work, and intuitive sensing — come into the conversation.
Together, we’ll tune into what’s happening in your body, what your system is holding, and what your deeper self is ready to name, release, or move toward. These sessions are guided by what’s alive in the moment — sometimes it’s words, sometimes it’s tremors, breath, imagery, or stillness.

Meet Your Guide
As you step onto the this adventure, you’re not alone. When you arrive — someone with a big smile will greet you. She’s walked this path before, and she’ll walk beside you now.
Thu Nguyen (she/her) is a somatic leadership coach and founder of Nusqool: a new school for old souls — a sanctuary for rest, healing, and creative growth, where people reconnect with their truth through the wisdom of the body.
Her own adventure began in the world of hyper-growth tech startups, where she spent 20 years between Toronto & Silicon Valley as an engineer, senior leader and founder — until life handed her a different curriculum: cancer, chronic illness, burnout, complex PTSD, and near-death experiences. She chose to listen to her body. To follow its wisdom. And it continues to surprise her and rewards her with vitality.
Now, she walks with others who are navigating change, seeking clarity, or remembering who they really are. Through coaching, nervous system work, and intuitive somatic practices, Thu doesn’t lead with answers — she helps you hear your own. Gently. Honestly. At your own pace. This is your journey. And she’s here, when you’re ready.

Nusqool is located in Kawartha Lakes on Mount Horeb x Hillhead Rd, north of the 115 on the 35. Driving is the easiest option to get here.
Alternatively, there is a GO Bus that goes between Oshawa and Peterborough that drops you off at the 35/115 and we’re happy to come pick you up from there if you give us some notice.
